Word of the day - "borrow"



Oh well...after all the experiences I had for all these years (lol), I got used to people asking " Hey, may I borrow 10/20 cents?"


I would simply hand the amounts requested over to them. No expectations, no hopes. I meant, I didn't expect them to return it back XD



Why?



Coz...less than RM 1.00 ma...." wet wet water" lah. (quote from Pn.Tan) XD Translate it to cantonese. Oh well, when people borrow a few cents from you, the word "borrow" is actually replaced by the word "take"
Don't ya realise? But of course, for the sake of having good manners when asking or requesting from someone...the word "borrow" would be a whole lot better XD



Nah. I don't feel upset or angry or anything. SO....no offence ya =.= I was so got used to it till I do not expect any returns. UNLESS...it's RM 1.00 above then...it's a whole different story XD



It doesn't take much to be a good Samaritan, right? Be a good Samaritan and I bet someday you'll be blessed XD




p.s Erm, posted this for fun/ speaking my thoughts out. Definitely no offence at all. Coz...remember..I'm one of the good Samaritans out there. =DD
