Look carefully..what you're seeing now...hanger...with clothes..and the "balcony" tak ada door punya. Only windows.... saw it? If you still don't get it...nvm...try to look at this.

P.S. I'm guessing they climb out from the window, squeeze the hanger through the window and dumb it there. At least they should have build a concrete fence in front there...just like the 2nd picture...it'll look more like a balcony...and a safe one. If you know what I meant by safe.
