Title : wheee...first day of working...well..sort of ..XD

Hmm..first day of working in Pizza Hut Call Centre. Got up at 8, fetch Evon at 9 and reach at Melissa's house at 9.30am. Melissa's mom is a manager of the call centre...so, she fetch us there and reached there at about 10 + ? lol.

Hmm...went in..three of us was told to wait in the meeting room. We waited till...11.30. Yeah..we sat there ..chit chat, talk nonsense....till a lady came in. Name's Farah. We call her Kak Farah. She came in and she interviewed us, well, kinda. After that, she gave a some guidance and some notes for us to refer. The office was busy..filled up with workers...well, not fully packed la. Most of them are teenagers, the oldest i've seen is between 20-27 years old.

Kak Farah ordered Melissa and Evon to sit beside two of the workers while me sitting beside a malay lady, located just infront of them. All we need to do is to observe them, on how they operate the computer, take orders from customers...and so on. Beside me was Kak Fifi. Errr...she looked a bit like man, well...sounded like man too. I mean...she looked like a woman too..AHH! who cares -.-

She's friendly and she taught me how to operate the computer. Well, all you need to do is memorize the script given and * click click click click* on the keyboard.

" Good afternoon, thank you for choosing Pizza Hut. My name is Kerrie. May I have your telephone number please? "

LOL. That's all I remember...so far...aihz. have to memorize T.T.. Gosh...all of us were freezing like hell in the office..luckily we brought our sweater..
